Focused Shockwave Therapy

Focused Shockwave Therapy is a more advanced and targeted treatment than the Radial Shockwave offered in many clinics. It delivers deeper, more precise energy into the tissues, making it especially effective for persistent tendon conditions such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow, and shoulder calcific tendinopathy. This treatment supports tissue healing, reduces pain, and is often used when other approaches have not been successful.

This package includes 3 targeted sessions delivered by our lead Physiotherapist using specialist equipment found in advanced musculoskeletal clinics. Patients must have a physiotherapy assessment to confirm suitability before starting shockwave treatment.

Course of 3 sessions £360

Sports Massage

30 mins session (by Chartered Physiotherapist)                           £63

Deep tissue massage delivered by our Chartered Physiotherapists. Designed to relieve muscular tension and support recovery. Longer sessions available.

Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates sessions are delivered one-to-one by a Chartered Physiotherapist. Ideal for lower back pain, postural issues, and injury prevention. Clinical Pilates focuses on restoring movement control, building core strength, and supporting long-term recovery. This is available as a standalone service with our physiotherapists.

If you are booking online, please select a physiotherapy appointment and let your physiotherapist know you are attending for Clinical Pilates.

Biomechanics & Podiatry

Biomechanical assessment (45 mins) £98
Custom orthotics* Price after assessment

*Custom orthotics are individually prescribed by our podiatrist following a detailed biomechanical assessment.

We take a foam impression of your feet and design each orthotic to correct your specific foot function - often with different support for each foot. These are medical devices, not comparable to over-the-counter insoles - think of them like a prescription for your feet, just as glasses are for your eyes.

Chiropody - Nail / Verruca / Corns

Initial assessment or follow-up (30 mins) £53
Nail surgery (90 mins - minor procedure under local anaesthetic for ingrown toenails or persistent infections. Includes one redressing appointment) £380

Cancellation Policy

A non-attendance fee will be charged directly to the patient for all sessions either not attended or cancelled/rebooked with less than 24 hours notice as per our clinic policy. We will not be able to rebook patient with outstanding fees.

In accordance to UK laws (www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds), we are unable to provide any refund on customized foot orthotics as they are custom-made bespoke items - where a foam impression of your foot is taken and the orthotic manufactured to your exact foot measurement at the laboratory.

For private medical-insured patients

Normally the cost of physiotherapy (which may be different to the self-funded prices shown above) is covered by private medical insurance, although this depends on the patient's individual policy and we would ask all patients to check with their insurer. We advise that you check the details of your policy with your Provider to determine whether a doctor’s referral is required prior to commencing treatment.

As per our clinic policy, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rebooking of any scheduled appointment.
