We are all extremely proud to see the Tom's journey over the past few years. His hard work and sacrifice as well as frustration in the postponement of the Olympic game last year.

It all paid off last week - culminating to the heroic performance winning the Men's Quadruple Sculls Olympic Silver medal with all of us glued to the TV set cheering for Team GB and Tom!
